LendingClub's name is changing

We believe that achieving optimal periodontal health should be accessible and affordable. That is why we work with a few financing options including LendingClub to offer flexible financing options for our patients.

LendingClub recently sent us the news that LendingClub is changing its name to Happen Bank.

What This Means for You

If you are currently financing your periodontal treatment through LendingClub, you will notice a few updates rolling out over the coming months:

• A New Look: The mobile app and website will update to feature the new Happen Bank name, logo, and design.

• Updated Communications: Emails and other communications regarding your financing will begin arriving from a new Happen Bank email address.

  
  

What is Staying Exactly the Same?

Transitions like this can sometimes feel overwhelming, but LendingClub has assured us that your day-to-day financing will not be disrupted. The transition to Happen Bank should be seamless, and the following details will remain exactly the same:

• Your Payments: All loan payments and scheduled transactions will continue exactly as planned.

• Your Account Number: Your patient account number remains unchanged.

• Autopay: If you are enrolled in autopay, it will continue without any interruption. You do not need to set it up again.

• Your Login Details: Your existing username and password will still work on the newly updated website and app.
